SHIPPING In Canada: We normally ship within 1 week. Allow 2 to 6 days for the transport truck to reach your area. The trucking company will call you the day before to arrange for pick-up at their terminal. When we ship to destinations outside of Ontario, we do not charge Provincial Sales Tax. HST is applicable in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
SHIPPING COST: Destinations that are not major urban centres in Canada or do not have a freight terminal will have a small freight charge added to cover the the extra freight cost. Please call us for details.
Pick-up at the Factory in Ontario: Deduct $96 for a pick-up at our Waterloo, Ontario factory. Please confirm vehicle to ensure the boxes will fit.
SHIPPING COST of "SE" Models: In Southern Ontario, we may deliver saunas using our own trucks. Please request a quote for details.
